OVERVIEW

This website is operated by PrintIt. Throughout these Terms, “PrintIt,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PrintIt.

These Terms govern your use of printiteg.com and any purchases made through the website. By browsing our website, creating an account, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement. If you are under the applicable legal age, your order must be placed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, payment, and delivery information. PrintIt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for activity performed through your account.

1. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, sizes, materials, frames, and colours accurately.

The appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, printing materials, and the device used to view the website. Minor visual differences that do not amount to a defect or failure to meet the agreed specifications may occur.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and designs may be updated or discontinued. These changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless we contact you and obtain any approval required by law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights when a product is defective, damaged, or different from the agreed specifications.

1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products include products made using a customer’s photograph, artwork, text, requested design, dimensions, or other individual instructions.

You are responsible for checking the spelling, image, design, size, orientation, cropping, and other details submitted or approved for a personalized order.

PrintIt may resize or crop submitted files when reasonably necessary to fit the selected product. We may contact you if the supplied image appears unsuitable for printing, but we cannot guarantee that every image-quality issue will be detected before production.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

1. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, text, and other content that you submit for a personalized product.

By submitting content, you give PrintIt and its production partners a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, resize, crop, reproduce, and print that content only as reasonably necessary to process and fulfil your order.

You confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission to use and reproduce it. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material or content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or personal rights.

PrintIt may refuse or cancel a personalized order if we reasonably believe that its content is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person’s rights. Any refund due following such cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

We will not use a customer’s personalized photographs or designs in advertising without permission.

1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when PrintIt confirms it and begins processing or production.

We may contact you to verify an order, confirm personalization details, request missing information, or arrange any required advance payment.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable materials, an obvious pricing or website error, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, unlawful content, or an inability to complete the requested customization. If an amount has already been paid for a cancelled order, it will be refunded unless legally withheld for a valid reason.

Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an order. Whether a correction or cancellation is possible depends on the order’s production status and applicable law.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Applicable product charges are included or clearly disclosed before completing the order. Delivery charges and any available discounts are shown during checkout.

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or other methods displayed or agreed when ordering.

For orders containing three or more frames, PrintIt may require the delivery fee to be paid in advance before production or dispatch.

Promotions and discount codes may have separate conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PrintIt currently delivers within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote locations, demand, courier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete address, correct governorate, and working telephone number and must be available when the courier attempts delivery.

Shipping fees, failed deliveries, reshipments, tracking, and damaged deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy available through the website footer.

Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility that PrintIt has under applicable law for an order before it is properly delivered.

1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

Standard, non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions explained in our Refund Policy.

Personalized products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind when they conform to the customer’s approved specifications.

If any standard or personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or does not match the agreed specifications, the customer may request an available legal remedy within the applicable period, including replacement or refund.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PrintIt name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and other material created or legally licensed by PrintIt are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit our website content without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, and other material remain the property of their respective owners.

1. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• To infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• To upload viruses or harmful code.
• To interfere with the website’s security or operation.
• To collect another person’s information without authorization.
• To provide false information or impersonate another person.
• To copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the website without permission.

We may restrict access or cancel an order when these Terms are seriously violated, subject to applicable law.

1. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate the website and checkout.

Purchases are made directly from PrintIt, not Shopify. Shopify and other providers may process customer information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own applicable policies.

Our website may also use third-party payment, production, delivery, analytics, advertising, or communication services. We are not responsible for separate websites or services that we do not control.

1. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available through the website footer.

Customer information may be processed by Shopify and the trusted providers required to produce, process, deliver, and support an order.

1. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, delivery information, promotions, or availability details.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and provide any options or remedies required under applicable law.

1. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

PrintIt will provide products in accordance with their descriptions, agreed specifications, and all mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, PrintIt is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for problems caused solely by incorrect information, unlawful content, customer misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Egyptian law.

1. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you voluntarily submit a review or feedback, you allow PrintIt to display and use it to improve or promote our products and services.

We will not intentionally change the meaning of your feedback. Reviews must be genuine and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

1. TERMINATION

You may stop using our website at any time.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or business or when these Terms are seriously violated. Obligations connected to accepted orders, payments, refunds, intellectual property, privacy, and disputes continue where applicable.

1. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and purchases made through PrintIt are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any concern. Customers retain the right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or any other competent authority.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not unfairly remove rights connected to an order accepted before the change.
