Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

PrintIt currently delivers throughout Egypt. Please enter a complete and accurate address, governorate, and working phone number when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Fridays, public holidays, remote locations, high-demand periods, and courier delays may extend the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Fees

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout. Orders worth 600 EGP or more qualify for free shipping when the offer is available at checkout.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available. For orders containing three or more frames, PrintIt may require the delivery fee to be paid in advance through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash before processing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided by the courier. Please ensure that your phone is available so the courier can contact you.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or delivery is refused, an additional shipping fee may apply when sending the order again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact PrintIt through the WhatsApp button on our website and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can investigate quickly. This recommendation does not limit any rights provided under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier and help resolve the issue.
