Delivery across Egypt usually takes 2–4 business days. Cash on delivery is available. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash are available on request. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or different from the agreed specifications, contact us within 30 days of delivery through WhatsApp at 01026658102. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible orders will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
